    You have received the wrong product or product has been damaged during transportation?

    Return a nonconforming product, missing or defective

    Check the condition and conformity of the ordered goods upon receipt. Refuse your parcel if it is too damaged.
    In the case where the return is linked to an error on our part (eg. Quantity supplied inaccurate, erroneous reference, …), we support the return costs.
    Thank you send us the necessary information via the contact form or by email (contact@franleema.com) within 3 working days upon receipt of package. Any claims made after this deadline will not be favorably received.


     

    Exercise your right of withdrawal

    As a customer / consumer, you have a right of withdrawal allows you to return your package subject to compliance with the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal described below.

    You have a period of 14 days to exercise your legal right of withdrawal from the receipt of the products.
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must make your request through our contact form or by email: contact@franleema.com. We will contact you to provide you the goods return instructions. You then have a period of 14 days to return the product to the address below.


     

    Support for return costs

    • In the case where the return is linked to an error on our part (eg. Quantity supplied inaccurate, erroneous reference, …), we support the return costs.
    • All purchases are final. If a mistake is made we’ll make it right. Under no circumstances we accept any return once a product has been opened.

     

    Return Delay

    The return of your order (including postage) will be done after receipt of your package and no later than 15 days from the date you exercised that right.
    Upon receipt and processing of your package, we will notify you by email that the return was recorded by our returns department. We will make your forwarding
